A home inspection identifies any major repairs that may be needed, as well as the positive aspects of the home. I will provide a visual and objective examination of the physical structure and overall condition of the building, including all working mechanical systems.

The report you will receive is extensive and highly detailed, yet easy to understand. It is e-mailed to you the same day of the inspection!
