The report you will receive is extensive and highly detailed, yet easy to understand. It is e-mailed to you the same day of the inspection in a .PDF format. The report includes the condition of all the major systems and structural elements of the house and is accompanied by digital photographs and a FREE HOME MAINTENANCE MANUAL ! which covers all four seasons.

A home inspection identifies any major repairs that may be needed, as well as the positive aspects of the home. I will provide a visual and objective examination of the physical structure and overall condition of the building, including all working mechanical systems.
